Single line kites
| If your kite is flying from one side to another and is spinning in circles ...Try adding more TAILS to your kite....You can use just about anything like paper , plastic bags , streamers or your hat . just tie it to the tail and you will fix the problem ...THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON PROBLEMS OF SINGLE LINE KITES |
SPORT KITE construction
When setting up your sport kite make shure there are no twists or caught up strings on your BRIDLE and the tow points are even on both sides. Your flying lines are even and fully unwound. Set your kite directly down wind from you and not off to one side of the wind. After launching your kite use only PUSH TURNS !...only one hand moves foward to turn the kite... Dont fly with streight arms.!... keep your elbows bent and your hands at your belt level... Keep your feet moving BACKWARDS for up and FOWARD for down ....70% of kite control is through your feet

SKY LARK instructions
To launch your kite place it face down and unwind your lines to an even length then with a sharp tug on both lines walk backwards and the kite should be in the air ..... use small push turns to move the kite around .... if you are still having trouble add some more tail to the kite and it will be easyer to fly |
